Your theater looks nice. I would like to make a correction, although I
do not know if what I see is done on purpose..."Laserdisk" is spelled
wrong. It ends with the letter "C" I have a theater in my den, alhtough
it is not a dedicated room like yours. I also have a screening room in
the cellar, which is dedicated to super 8 motion picture film, both
silent, & sound (magentic and optical). I was on the net looking for
used super 8 equipment when I found your home page.

3rd part of message: almost 35 mm.Here in Europe it's hard
to find a projector like Runco or Vidikron.I decided to settle
for now for a reasonable LCD projector, a Sharp maybe, because
I definitely think in one or two years we're gonna see some great
DLP projectors that make the best projectors and line quadrouplers
obsolete.Do you have any opininions on that?In the meantime I
wish you a lot of succes, and you definitely have one of the best
home theatre pages on the net.Greetings from Amsterdam, Dick.

As a Laserdisk supporter, I find it disappointing that the
video industry is about to introduce an incompatible disk format
called DVD. Does this means that this are the final days
of laserdisk?.
What would be the destiny of the 12inch disk? now that there
is a 5inch disk coming out soon.
Does this means that our laserdisk players will become
obsolete? (hope not)
If you happen to know, please e-mail me.
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

HELLO PHILIP:
I think your home-page is great, and your home theater is
outstanding, the best one I´ve ever seen, honest. I am a
big movie fan myself, Im 19 years old, and I live in the
Dominican Republic, (excuse my english), and I happen to
have a home theater myself(not as cool as yours), but I enjoy
watching movies in their great letterbox splendor and great
THX quality sound. I used to have a Sony Pro-logic receiver
with a 6 set of speakers, but then I sold it and I bought the
Bose Life-Style 12 Home Theater System, which is great, but Im
beginig to have problems with it. When I play re-mastered films
such as Jaws THX version, I get great sound from the front
speakers, but the dialog kind of sneaks into the surround
speakers once in a while, is this normal?. Please e-mail me.
Thanks
P.S. I´ll recomend this fabulous home-page to other home theater
fans. Once again. WOW, COOL HOMETHEATER!!!!

I have recently purchased a system (nothing like yours) but
the problem in South Africa is that Laserdisks are scarce
and very expensive if you CAN find them.
Please help me and send me detail of a dealer(s) in the USA
who will deal with me direct via Credit card. I need a fax
or telephone number.
Thanx a stack and enjoy your System - I am going to watch
